Are licenses transferable if an athlete leaves the club?

Yes. The licenses belong to the club. If a member leaves mid-season, you can deactivate their access and reassign their license to a new athlete instantly, at no extra cost.

Do coaches and technical staff have to pay a license fee?

Yes. Each account connected to the NEXOO infrastructure (athlete, coach, physical trainer, or committee member) corresponds to an active license, billed at the same rate (CHF 39 or CHF 59 depending on your contract). This guarantees each member of your support team full individual access to supervision and communication tools, as well as all of our mental preparation training programs.

Is the Integration & Expertise Pack at CHF 800 billed annually?

No. This is a one-time investment billed exclusively in the first year. It guarantees skills transfer, the setup of your infrastructure, and the training of your coaches.

Should the club invest in specific equipment?

No. NEXOO is a digital infrastructure (SaaS) accessible 24/7. Athletes and staff simply use their own smartphones or computers.

How is the confidentiality of our athletes' data guaranteed?

The NEXOO infrastructure strictly complies with the new Federal Data Protection Act (nLPD). Progress data remains strictly confidential and accessible only by authorized club staff.
