đč Why is it important?Concentration is essential to optimize every training and competition. A distracted athlete makes mistakes and wastes mental energy.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, focus on your breathing.
If a distracting thought arises, observe it and return to your breathing.
5 to 10 minutes a day is enough to train attention.
