This phase allows for putting into practice all the mental strategies learned in conditions close to the big day. The athlete learns to manage unforeseen events, strengthen concentration under pressure, and refine preparation to reach peak performance at the right moment.

đ Objective: Maintain maximum focus despite distractions and return immediately to the present moment.
đč Why is it important? A failing concentration can shift a performance. It is essential to know how to eliminate distractions and quickly return to the game plan.
