Question 1
- How would you evaluate your productivity and effectiveness in your recent sports projects?
- What explains this level of productivity?
- Can you provide concrete examples of your successes and what has been more difficult?
- What could you improve to be even more efficient and effective?

- What sports project(s) are you currently working on?
- Why is this/these project(s) important to you?
- Are you progressing at a pace that satisfies you?
- If not, what could you do to accelerate or optimize your progress?
Question 3
- Are there activities or habits that do not provide you with the desired results in your progress?
- Why do these activities seem less productive to you?
- What impact do they have on your overall performance?
- What could you implement to reduce or eliminate these ineffective activities?

Evaluation of Projects and Objectives
Below you will find several evaluation criteria for your sports projects. Rate yourself on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 = low score / 10 = high score) for each criterion. Once all categories are rated, sum your points to get your total score.
Think of a major sports project or goal you would like to achieve. We will use this evaluation to help you estimate the likelihood of success and the feasibility of this goal.
1. Future Vision
- Is this goal or project aligned with my future vision as an athlete? Does it correspond to how I see myself evolving in the long term in my sports career?

- Is this goal or project a source of passion, pride, and meaning for me? Would I dedicate myself to it even without external rewards (money, recognition, status)?

Interpretation of Results:
- If your total score is below 75, you may not be fully prepared or motivated to pursue this project immediately. In this case, examine the criteria where you rated less than 8 points and ask yourself: "What can I improve in this area to increase my score?"
- If your score is 75 or higher, congratulations! This indicates that you have a solid foundation to pursue this project. However, examine the criteria where you scored less than 8 and consider potential improvements.
